Physical Exams
$50 per visit
We offer concierge physical exams for general wellness, school/camp requirements, and sports participation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Review of medical history and reason for exam
• Comprehensive evaluation of current vital signs
• Focused physical evaluation
• Completion of forms
• Recommendation for care if follow up is needed.Â
Self-pay concierge service for basic physical exams only. Annual preventive physicals and specialized collegiate evaluations are not included.
Wellness Review
$80 per visit
In-person concierge care for non-urgent medical concerns and prescription refills, with medication review and general wellness guidance as needed.
