General Questions
Au Wellness provides virtual healthcare visits with a licensed nurse practitioner. We offer non-emergency telehealth care, bridge-care prescription refills, provide neurotoxins, and weight-management support, including guidance on GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate.
GLP-1 medications mimic a naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate appetite and blood sugar. They may support weight management by increasing feelings of fullness and slowing digestion. These medications may be prescribed to eligible patients when medically appropriate.
Our Bridge Care Refill service provides short-term prescription support for patients who are transitioning between providers or need continuity for an existing medication. After a virtual consultation and medical review, our nurse practitioner may renew eligible maintenance medications to help prevent gaps in care. Approval is not guaranteed, and some medications may require medical records, laboratory testing, or an in-person evaluation.
We do not accept insurance at this time. Au Wellness is a self-pay telehealth practice. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services. Eligibility varies by service and benefit plan, so patients should confirm coverage with their HSA or FSA account administrator. Pay-now and pay-later options may also be available at checkout.
No. Au Wellness provides care for non-emergency concerns only. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, symptoms of a stroke, or any other life-threatening concern, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Au Wellness may assist with bridge-care prescription refills when appropriate and after a provider review. Not all medications are eligible for renewal. Some prescriptions may require medical records, laboratory testing, specialist care, or an in-person evaluation.
